You earn per approved donor sign-up your team produces. CKT earns an override on top. Your team works for you. Your independence stays yours.

Override is per approved donor sign-up your team produces. The exact rate depends on the campaign, your team size, and the partnership tier. We work this out together on the discovery call and lock it in writing before anyone goes on doors.
Yes. That's the model. You bring your team — they continue working under your leadership. We onboard them onto CKT's compliance and KPI systems, then they go live on the assigned campaign.
That's a planned outcome, not a problem. The Partnership Scheme has a clear pathway to full independence — when you're ready and have enough track record, you can transition to your own RF relationship. We've designed it that way deliberately.
